While we are trying to give the best to our kids in the way we know how, it pains me as a parent and mother to know that there are children out there who have no one to care for them. Babies and young children who can in no way fend for themselves.

Hundreds of children are not able to live with their families. Some of these children are abused, neglected, abandoned or experienced family violence. The only solution for them, are foster homes which are able to provide a safe, nurturing and homelike environment for them to grow up in. Despite being a short-term measure, studies have shown that it has benefitted the children.

Please do help spread the word if you are aware of anyone who is keen to provide foster care to a child.
